Roofing
Merit provides low-slope roofing systems for new construction and roof replacement and standing seam metal or shingle systems for steep-slope roofing. Protect your roofing system investment with a warranty and maximize the life of your roof through regular maintenance. A variety of full system warranty options covering materials and workmanship depending on your roof system are available. Terms of the warranty can range from five years to a comprehensive 30-year warranty. In addition to installation, our Service Department is available for any maintenance issues necessary for existing roofs.

Waterproofing
Merit recognizes waterproofing is a vital component to the health of your building and provides quality waterproofing installations below grade, behind wall systems as applicable, and at the roof level. For buildings desiring waterproofing for rooftop plazas, Merit provides installations of patio and vegetated systems.
HOT FLUID APPLIED
Merit has trained installers of the Hydrotech Monolithic Membrane 6125® which is a thick, tough, flexible, self-healing membrane for use in waterproofing. MM6125 is a special formulation of refined asphalts and synthetic rubbers. MM6125 has been successfully used on all types of horizontal and vertical structures including plazas, parking decks, planters, tunnels, bridges, mud slabs, foundation walls and roof areas.

CCW MiraCLAY Bentonite Clay Waterproofing Membrane features a layer
of sodium bentonite clay sandwiched between a puncture-resistant, nonwoven polypropylene fabric and a high-tensile strength woven polypropylene fabric.
MiraCLAY is designed for waterproofing below-grade structural slabs as well as construction methods incorporating lagging, concrete caisson or shotcrete retention walls. MiraCLAY is also very effective in rehab waterproofing and zero clearance property line construction.
SELF ADHERED MEMBRANE
CCW MiraDRI 860/861 are self-adhering waterproofing membranes designed for vertical and horizontal applications. MiraDRI 860 is suitable for warm-temperature installations, while MiraDRI 861 is ideal for colder temperature applications.
