Merit's comprehensive Service Department is available for all your building envelope service needs. Our service department can help problem solve with the building owner any issues arising from potential leaks or defects on existing roofs. Additionally, we work with contractors on building remodels involving relocation of rooftop mechanical units and additional re-roof items. In addition to our Roofing Service department, our Walls Service department handles service related items pertaining to window and door systems.

Existing buildings of any age can fall victim to leaks. Our service department can help identify the source of the leak and, if within our scope, do the necessary repairs.

After Hours call 507-780-0139 and listen to the message that will direct you to leave a message for the Service Department. After the on-call service foreman receives your message, he will promptly return your call and address your emergency needs.
PARTIAL MODIFICATIONS
& INSTALLATIONS
Merit often works closely with Building Managers, Mechanical Contractors, Plumbers, Electricians, and Solar Installers when modifications are required to an existing roof. Installation per roof system specification will maintain any roof warranty.
