DATA ENTRY (SUMMER EMPLOYMENT)

We are currently seeking a Data Entry personnel to join our team from mid may through mid August.
Summary of Functions:
The Data Entry position will perform and a variety of duties relating to the function of the Inspection/Asset Management Program.
Major Duties and Responsibilities:
The Data Entry position must be able to perform work duties as assigned and have a practical understanding of the following responsibilities and tasks. Those duties include the following, but are not limited to:
Prepares, reviews, enters and updates information into database in a timely manner.
Works independently with direction from manager.
General office tasks including scanning, filing and organizing.
This position will directly report to the Inspection Manager. There will be frequent interaction with Inspector, Service Manager, Service Crews, as well as regular interaction with office personnel.
Experience and/or Educational Requirements:
Accepting HS students and above
Proficient in Microsoft Suite
Ability to work on repetitive information accurately
Ability to multi-task and prioritize
Candidate should have reliable transportation.
